What is your Return Policy?

30 Days Return

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request that must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the invoice. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Note:

  • Merchandise will ONLY be accepted in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered) with TAGS attached to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
  • Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
  • We do not offer free return shipping, nor do we refund any fees incurred for shipping returns.

 

✔ To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

  • Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure
  • Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return
  • Please take the time read through our Refund Policy, for more information on how much you may expect to receive for a return.


Looking to Exchange?

If the item you are looking to exchange is available, you can exchange your item ONLY for the same item in just a different size/color, within the 30-day exchange window. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered) with TAGS attached to accept the item for an exchange.

 

If you want to request an exchange, we want you to know that the process will still follow our stated return policy.

FEES

◉ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
◉ Prepaid Label: A $7 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping for the Prepaid Label. It is a one time fee per order.

 

 

NOTE: If you don't receive our Customer Service team's response for an extended period of time (48 hours on weekdays, 72 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email's Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

* Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

 

* Any items that do not meet our guidelines for a return, or returned without a return slip, will be sent back to the customer.
