Returns Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the ship date found on the invoice. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

We do not offer free return shipping, nor do we refund any fees incurred for shipping returns.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through"My Order"section in your account or"Order Status", please note the shipping time doesn't include 1-2 processing days

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

To track your package just sign in and click on My Account. In your account, you will see order history by date or by order number. You can browse your order history and track the status of your orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier.
